This was our first time to Genghis Grill. We read reviews on google and Yelp and we’re not sure if we should try the place. Decided to take our chances. Glad we did! We loved the experience and the food. Fernando, our server was very helpful. The Supreme fried rice turned out to be greasy but the server offered to fix it. We will definitely come back.
On my visit to this amazing establishment, I informed the manager and Ms. Maria that I had a seafood allergy and they both IMMEDIATELY assisted with the preparation of my bowl! Taking out the guess work and concern of double dipping and potential contact from irresponsible guests who may have used seafood tongs in the beef and chicken containers. I was so VERY HAPPY and pleased with the service from my waiter Zack, as well as the effective communication and education of every staff member I encountered. I will ABSOLUTELY come back and visit this location!
Very nice staff, we were seated immediately and it was my friend's first time so the waitress explained everything and we went through the line. The food selections were great and then we were served our food. My bowl came out first and had a small wait for my friend's bowl to come out. The food was food and was of course hot and delicious. I will be back and would recommend this place to all my friends.
