The location has a menu with a set of food options but also has a built you own food bowl. I must say You have to try the built your own food bowl 1000% worth it! You choose from 3 bowl size small-large. I select the middle one called regular. After making your initial selection with the waiter your giving a slip. You use the slip to get your bowl ???? and you pack as much fresh food as possible, meet, sea food, noodles, vegetables, as much as possible without letting the food fall out of the bowl. Then select a variety of sauces and have your food cooked. The taste was amazing and got me very full. I also had a Blue Dragon drink on the rocks and tasted very good. Genghis Grill is good, made my own medium bowl, you add meat, spices, veggies and sauce. My whole family did it this way. Even though they were busy Arianna did an amazing job as she almost single handles took care of the restaurant and still had a great attitude about it.
