Cafe Rio Mexican Grill

I love this place! I really do! The guy seemed really irritated at me because I asked for a corn shell and he kept trying to put everything into a flour tortilla. Twice. He seemed to know how everything was supposed to work—and I didn't—so it became obvious that he was impatient and annoyed at me when he rolled his eyes and threw the flour tortilla in the trash can in an aggravated manner. I was getting the feeling that I was getting upcharged for everything—and when I got to the register, I was still not sure what I was charged until after I paid and then the receipt printed out to show me the line items. When asking if things I added would costing more, the guy looked at me like he couldn't hear me through the glass window while I was wearing my face mask—so I'm going to guess that he didn't hear me. This place is really fun. I think I'm going to come back again! I'm not being facetious—I had a great time! ????????

Shredded chicken was extra salty. We never get our sauce when we request it on the side. The rice was chewy and dry. We have ordered a few times by their app. The app is easy to use, but this location does not pay attention to details of the order. My suggestion is to pick another location.

denise the manager was in the bathroom for 30 whole minutes during a lunch rush when i the customer needed to pee very badly and when i walked in after it smelled of weed and strawberry’s she never put gloves on when she came back out and she was also very rude to me when i paid in coins because she didn’t wanna count but it was all the money i have with my sons medical bills and she laughed at my crippled son when he tripped on the door on the way in she gave me dirty looks the whole time and so did all the employees i felt so uncomfortable i will never be visiting this location again ! i’ve seen multiple bugs in this establishment before maggots in the brooms cuz they don’t clean them and roaches my food was so bad i couldn’t even finish Kid-friendliness: not kid friendly at all the stuff was so rude to my kids they asked for cheese and they ignored my crippled son
