Garlic Knot

Spent $40 here, $7 of which was on an over priced stuffed slice. I’ve eaten Garlic Knot for almost a decade now. Never seen something as pitiful as this slice. It’s more of a quesadilla than a stuffed slice. I don’t see myself coming back here, when I’ve been to other franchises with better results.

Forced to place order through Door Dash's Indian call center. They gave me a 22-34minute ready time, which is literally the difference between hot fresh pizza and heat lamp pizza by the time you get it home. A Large pizza comes to ~$30 for a pickup after the tacked on fee and tip. I used to love going here but I cannot justify $30 for a pickup order that outsources the labor to another country. Door dash on a pickup order is a convenience to the company, not to the customer...they should not be passing this on cost to the customer. For $30 I'll be going to a legitimate pizza place like Blue Pan

Sorry folks, can’t do it, won’t do it anymore. If you can’t do it right don’t do it at all! Your delivery service automatically took a 25% tip for food that was delivered 50% correct. Waiting for the replacement that was dropped at the wrong house literally in the street by the photos they sent. Don’t claim to have delivery if that’s not the case.
