QDOBA Mexican Eats

Rude staff. They weren't very busy but were not paying attention to my order. I ended up with the wrong protein along with false info and a bad attitude from the "manager". I will not be returning to this location. Denver West is by far the best spot for quality service and food. I will make the drive to go there instead!

I work around the corner and come here fairly regular due to that fact. The young lady gave me half a scoop of chicken and when I asked if I could get a little more, I got two little pieces added. Like I said, I visit here often on my lunch breaks and this was a first for me. Coming from customer service myself, definitely came across disrespectful.

WORST QDOBA EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!! ZERO STARS!!!! We went in and the staff was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!! We were rushed through and I had asked for a kids meal and they open the box it was 2 plain tortillas that's it nothing else so I told them that I had ordered a kids meal and they quickly smashed some cheese in and put it in when I got home it was stuck to the box im sure my child wouldn't like to eat the container. Also they didn't tell us until we ordered that they were completely out of jalapeños and pickled onions THE WHOLE REASON I like going here over Chipotle! Then I was locked out of my rewards because of the update recently and I got treated like trash by the check out guy with the whole eye roll and all. This location needs a whole new staff and better customer service PERIOD!!!!! If my kids were not hungry and already ordered I would have up and left, also I got a mini bowl with double protein and the guy made sure to yell to all the staff MAKE SURE THEY KNOW THIS IS DOUBLE P
