Garden Catering - New Haven

This was my first time ordering from here. I placed an online order and when I arrived at the store there was one employee inside who I could see from the front desk. He had all the lights off and ignored me for fully ten minutes despite multiple times trying to get his attention. When I finally got his attention he told me my items were out of stock and that he could not refund me. I have never been to a less professional, less organized business in my life. I worked in food service for five years waiting tables and catering weddings and have worked with some terrible people. This guy could not have cared less. Edit: the management replied to this within hours and helped rectify the situation. I'll be heading back in hopes this was experience was an anomaly

Garden Catering is absolutely amazing!! The nuggets are like no other. They are juicy and tender. The seasoning is incredible. All around a definite yes!

We were totally in the mood for chicken nuggets. Never tried this place before. We will never go back. For starters the music was bumping so loud in the place my voice could not compete with it to say order aloud. Thankfully my partner was with me to order. We were so disappointed with the food. There was barely any sauce in the containers. I had to take a pic before we dunked a nug to show. Then the nuggets. There was hard/tough pieces in the chicken. We ended up throwing the food out. Gross! And a waste of money.
