Chipotle Mexican Grill

I love chipotle but this store is notoriously the absolute worst store. The food is always cooked incorrectly, the orders are NEVER correct and the food is never fresh. Honestly my job orders from chipotle all the time but we just can’t/won’t with this one anymore. We go out of our way to two towns over to get it just to avoid the horrible management here.

I guess it’s my fault for placing an online order towards the end of the night but anyways spent $32 on a meal and a bowl with extra steak and brown rice got my order it was completely wrong and not to mention instead of extra steak I paid for I had no meat at all! And instead of brown rice white…….I would see if it were a once in a while thing but every time I order from this one it’s messed up so I will be taking my business to west haven from now on . I know people order close to closing time and you wanna go home but honor your menu/operation time or at minimum let people know your out of product

I have had a series of horrible experiences here. Functionally, new haven does not have a chipotle, and we'd be better off without this one. Today was beyond the worst -- they didn't start making my mobile order until 20 minutes after I got there and asked them about it twice. Then, by the time they made my order, they ran out of chips, guacomole, and several other ingredients. Finally, they couldn't even refund my order? Thanks, Chipotle!
