Service was a bit slow, but the food made up for it. Outside seating was lovely and bugs/flies were at a minimum. We split the ceviche and the tropical fajitas. I went with the corn tortillas, and it really went well with the sweetness of the pineapple. Topo Chico available for you mineral water snobs. Definitely be back.
Steak fajitas are tender and tasty. We added shrooms. 1 shared single order made 6 tacos total! Amazing flavor - great marinade!!! Do not order mixed fajitas. One can get chicken/frozen shrimp anywhere, but not this steak.
It's a generous three stars. Our queso dip was thinner than soup and the salsa pretty flavorless. The saving grace was our main courses. My Hawaiian quesadilla was crisp and flavorful and my wife enjoyed her enchiladas. The ambiance is lackluster and the place is borderline dirty. Many burned out light bulbs, debris in various places on the floor and a rundown ratty bathroom. There were multiple stains and streaks on our window shade.
