Gabino's Mexican Grill

Thought I'd give this place a try while we're camping nearby. SO glad I did! Some of the best Mexican food I've had! The homemade salsa was so good I asked for some to take home, freshly made and just delicious! My entree was the lemon cream burrito, something I'd never seen before (combo #12). Omg! Just amazing! The "cream" was sort of like a light, lemony flavored cheese and the burrito was crammed full of incredibly good spicy shredded chicken. All the better when topped with the salsa! Highly recommend this place but come early! It was filling up as we were leaving at around 7.

We came into this place for a late dinner and the service was amazing. Food came out faster than expected but it was fresh and hot. Fyi. Avoid sitting near the back door in the colder months. Not everyone is considerate of others. I'll definitely be back.

Very bad service. Food was brought out cold, took a couple of bites and was told that I had to pay 1/2 price because I ate half. Not to mention that he purposely avoided our table so we had to call out to him to tell him about our cold food. I refused to pay for it and asked to speak to a manager and he said he was the manager (Miguel ). OMG! Please enhance your customer service skills!
