That lovely woman returned over $500 and all she got was 1 refunded meal and 1 free meal?! Come on now! A bit more would have been nice (and good marketing for you all) - missed opportunity IMO. :(
Waited over 20 minutes and there were only 2 cars ahead of us. She asked if we got a 4 piece combo with Mac we said no and told her we got 2 3 pieces with fries. SHE DIDNT EVEN CORRECT THE ORDER she just gave us the 4 piece with the wrong side and no sauce. And their soda machine is out of syrup both of our drinks tasted completely watered down. Fries and tenders were definitely reheated from yesterday no way in hell they were made today. Would give no stars if I could worst kfc experience I’ve had. My co workers have also had some bad meals. Staff seems very inexperienced.
The chicken tenders were terribly dried out cold and old the biscuit was a brick and it was just terrible! And I forgot to put a piece of chicken in that I 0ordered! I love KFC this one in Jackson it's just not doing their job properly someone help fix it up we need them here thank you
