Fuzzy's Taco Shop

I placed an order online 45 minutes ago. Went inside at the pick up time and have been watching them take food out to dine in customers. After 50 minutes, they said they didn’t have my order. Checked again and said they’re still working on it. One hour after my order was placed, I got chilaquiles made with fried eggs, one tortilla, crumbly textured beans and cold potatoes.

Ok, so hubby & I have been to the Westport location and this one is hands down the best one!! We've made this our "go to" spot not just for the EVERYDAY HAPPY HOUR for $2 margaritas, but the staff are super down to earth & they heavy with the hand when it comes to cheese sauce ????????????????‍♀️! I've tried the tacos before-i like all except the brisket,it was a lil too chewy and I'm not a fan of corn or hard taco shells...now them Steak Nachos tho???????????? are my ABSOLUTE favorite and would recommend them to errbdy!! We'll always patronize this location, specially bc after the recent floods in stl they ended up with water inside the business causing them to shut down early & one employees vehicle and home were destroyed all while maintaining her composure-I can't do anything but show respect! I haven't been here in years but wanted to take my daughter out for good food. So when we arrived, the soda machine was out. I ordered chips and salsa, got chips and guacamole which were served after our food and we had to pay for them. My daughter and I ordered 2 taco plates, mine was 1 meat, my daughter had 2. We could not tell which plate belonged to whom when it was served. I had to ask the kitchen staff who came out to look at which was which. The waitress did not bring out silverware with our food, even if its plastic, its still practice to provide implements to eat with. Finding a clean table was difficult and once we started eating, we realized the meat in our tacos was cold. My daughter reported it and the kitchen staff stuck their gloved finger in their meats and said it felt cold. Meat is supposed to be a certain temp when served and consumed, this was definitely not if and it was an invitation for food poisoning. The food would have been passable if served correctly. I c
