Fusion is very nice place when you want to have Sushi or Hibachi Dinner. We had the Suchi so no onion volcano and egg flipping for us. The food came out fast, and it was very good and fresh. Very nice interior design. Friendly wait staff, very clean and we had the Double Dragon Crunch Roll, for an appetizer we had the Squid Salad and my wife had the Edamame. There are several Japanese Sushi Steakhouse in the area. We will try the others as well. But we have no complaints. We will be back.
Our first time here and we enjoyed it. We both got the bento box dinner specials, which came with a soup and salad to start. The soup was very good and we loved the ginger dressing on the salad! The main dishes were hearty and delicious...enough to take home for a second meal. And the combos included a scoop of vanilla ice cream for dessert...not bad but another option for dessert would be nice. Ample seating in the bar area, and the service was good too. Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options.
Highly recommend. Great service and food. The portion sizes were large for lunch. We will be back.
