I love going here for fast-cas sushi. Always nice and cold inside and their ever expanding menu is nice. I tried the new gyoza this time and it was really good.
Fusian is an all together great dining experience! I love the build your own bowls, with their seasonal options, especially when I'm hungry. The past few times I have been to Fusian I have taken notice of some exceptional staff members including Mikayla, Maurice and Sarah. I feel like they take that extra step to make your experience one that you will want to repeat. In addition, they have a fabulous app that offers some great rewards and offers.
I ordered the spicy salmon poke with basically everything on it. I got all the way back to work and noticed my bowl had rice, peppers, and salmon. That's it. ???? The only other thing in the bag was some soy sauce and my side of miso soup. None of the additional things that were supposed to be on it were in the bag. I would have been a little less angry if they forgot one or two things. But to forget LITERALLY EVERYTHING? No way.
