Full Moon Bar-B-Que

The fries are phenomenal. My brisket and ribs were horrendous. Even after I got back home and put all of the meat in the oven to fully cook for another 40 mins or so, still was terrible. It'll be fries only for me the next time I visit B'ham from Florida.

I ordered a BBQ sandwich adding Cole slaw, fries and tea. The sandwich was LOADED with meat, no BBQ sauce or Cole slaw, the fries were cold and stale. I Threw all of it out. Spent almost 16.00 for nothing. Won't be back.

Had the opportunity to visit this highly recommended establishment finally. The staff team and management are so friendly and polite. The restaurant is kept clean, sanitized, and well organized. The menu is easy to read and choose a great selection from their diverse menu of southern cooking. The food arrives with great presentation from their skilled chefs at just the right temperatures. I recommend their freshly brewed iced tea to keep you hydrated. The beef brisket has amazingly great flavor even without the sauces added. They have a good selection of BBQ sauces to add though if you do decide to kick the flavor up a few notches. Thank you Full Moon BBQ for keeping it real and's not disappointing the hype! :)
