I put my order in through the app and arrived right when the app said the food was ready. It wasn't. They didn't know anything about my order when I got there, but one guy said he'd look into it. I ended up waiting nearly an hour for my food, and when I did finally get it, it was cold. Like it had been sitting somewhere behind the counter that entire hour I was waiting. I would have left much earlier if I didn't already pay for it. The store seemed short staffed, because no one was able to get away from the back to come up to the counter for more than one second. Seems like a staffing/management issue.
They play too much on the weekend. I came Friday night and the woman at the front was talking to her son who walked in, got on her phone to talk to someone else, and it took a few minutes to greet me. I have 2 orders to pick up. Showed her my phone, and she asks if they have one name. A family walked in, and she kept turning around talking to someone in the back. Your son who's in his late teens can handle his own stuff. Then, they lost the second order making me wait another 10 minutes. Get it together.
This is it, the pinnacle of taco bell. When I think taco bell, its this one, they are the best. Everything is right on the money here; the cheese is melted, the food is hot, and the order is right. This is by far my favorite taco bell.
