Fugu Asian Fusion

My mao's braised pork belly was so delicious, the waitress was nice & attentive, asked me if I had any questions and if I was familiar with the dish, asked if I needed a new tea bag, hot water or both, asked if I wanted more rice, you can get authentic Chinese dishes here or chinese-american dishes.

Even though the restaurant was packed due to holiday, the food and service was exceptional. The lovely lady who sat us explained the menu extensively, made recommendations, served us, and checked on us often — she treated us like VIPs. We couldn’t stop eating, and we didn’t until it was GONE. Delicious. Seating was snug but with treatment and cuisine like this, it’s not a problem. Being surrounded with diversity and beautiful ethnicities is just another reason why I enjoy Madison. I’m grateful for Fugu and the Asian culture they share. Looking forward to our next visit.

Great array of Chinese fare with good whole fish, though ironically for the restaurant's name (Fugu Asian Fusion) they do not serve Fugu, and only serve a few fusion dishes covering more common American fusion cuisine, i.e. crab rangoon
