Fuel BBQ

Love the burnt ends. We eat here often. Service is good. We just come for the BBQ but the music is great too! The corn bread is drool worthy.

This is a pretty good little BBQ spot. There was decent flavor and the meat was tender. But I do have to assume they use a pellet grill because there was not much smoke flavor. They also keep the food that they serve you in stainless steel warming containers with lids. So there's quite a bunch of moisture as you can imagine. I will say the sides and service were wonderful. But if you're looking for authentic bbq, smoke flavor, you might want to go to 4Rivers. The cornbread and mac and cheese were great!

I was so hopeful for this place. We sampled everything. The brisket was dry, old, and not well seasoned at all. The burnt ends had no burn taste. The flavor there was reliant on all the sauce they put on them... The pulled pork was old, dry, not seasoned, tasted frozen. Pulled chicken was old, cold, flavorless, and dry. The coleslaw was like drinking southern sweet tea with mayo. This was not worth the money paid by any means. I love and support local business, but come on... plan better, and don't use day old foods... Florida is known for its sunshine, NOT the BBQ...
