Frisch's Big Boy

We went to the Frisch’s off Fields Ertel for dinner. There were two servers and a pretty good dinner rush. The entire staff were hustling and bustling and working very hard. The manager was calm, cool and collected. He dove right in and was hustling and bustling along with his staff. He kept his staff calm and in order. We got in right before the dinner rush so our wait really wasn’t that long. I didn’t mind waiting because they all did a great job acknowledging customers and communicating. I appreciated how hard everyone was working so I didn’t have to cook and we all enjoyed our meals. The service was better than some places who have more workers. Good workers and good managers are hard to find. Kuddos to everyone who was there tonight and keep up the good work. You were all noticed tonight and I thank you.

Service a bit light, might have gone better with another person or two. Food was great, place was clean, food was hot. I'd go back. Most places are having trouble getting staff, and a little wait was worth it for the Nathan's cheesesteak. Parking: Rarely a long walk to the building. Good handicap parking.

The lady who helped me was real nice. I stopping inside before ordering food to use the restroom. I didn't know there's goodies inside! Asides from the free lollipops, they have sauces and merchandise for sale. Being a tourist, I bought a Big Boy bank for $7.99. ???? the chicken tenders were a little dry and not crunchy, but since my dog doesn't eat the breading and she ended up liking the chicken, I'm happy! The grilled cheese was yummy! Little salty for my taste, but I like it. Just need to drink some water. The fries were good, but McDonald's is still my favorite!
