YUM!! So glad we stumbled upon this place. The interior is so cute and loved dining in. The bowls were SO FRESH and delicious ! I got the Mediterranean bowl, and my husband got the Buddha satay and customized. The nice guy recommended one of their cold pressed juices- the green genius. SO good! I almost drank the whole bottle immediately, didn’t taste too green at all. Highly recommend!

We stopped in here after our workout at the downtown YMCA, which is right around the corner! Perfect ???? We had our usual hearty appetite after exercise, so I was a little unsure if the wraps, burrito, or bowl would suffice. Not anymore! Wow, the owner herself prepared our order and the quality of everything showed her pride in preparation! Our butternut squash soup, with kale, was served up very hot, and the flavor... Wowsers!! I had the Smokehouse bowl, with chicken as my protein, and my wife had the Cobb salad. We both were very surprised at the portion size, quality, and flavors! I absolutely loved that soup and my bowl, so much so, that I went back up to the counter to express that to the owner. She was very appreciative! Oh, the retail space is so unique, (it's under the Tower Condos building), so you get to experience the incredible engineering that is still in place today. Look up! Very happy with this place and we'll return often!

I would give this 5 stars for the taste and zero stars for the quantity of food for the cost. Paid $15 for a portion size my 40 lb, 4 year old would have enjoyed. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
