My Lady introduced me to FTO and I became a fan! The food, atmosphere, service, and did I mention the food, are all reasons to come back again and again. My ONLY concern was that the straws were unwrapped so I did not take one for my drink.
One of my favorite healthy places to eat. It definitely lives up to its name. I always get the Mediterranean salad with the ginger apricot dressing and add Salmon. Whether I get a Door-dash order or walk-in, the service and food is always consistent. Chef’s kiss.
I ordered their 'Bison burger' but asked that they leave off the horseradish aioli. Well, not only did they leave off the horseradish aioli but they left off the barbecue sauce that was supposed to be put on the burger; thus, making the burger dry and unenjoyable. The sweet mashed potatoes were a little on the watery side but tasty. The service was great. The atmosphere was too hectic for a laid back elderly person such as myself but great for young ones. Parking: We had to walk almost a mile to and from the nearest parking lot as the location is in the busy downtown area.
