Fred's Downtown Philly

I literally love this place! They are so down to earth but efficient! Love the authentic atmosphere and food! Ask about where the bread they use come from!! It’s the real deal! I’ve been coming here for over 10 years. If you haven’t tried it. PULL the trigger and go! I order mine via phone and pick it up and then eat there. Hehe they are cool with it. You can also order online! I am genuinely happy with the original Philly cheesesteak small but so many people get others or build their own. Oh! The hot sauce is so good too! Definitely a staple in TEXAS! ???????????????????????? they came from Philly to tx and I’m so happy for it

These are really good. I love a cheesesteak where they don't load it down with green peppers. The pizza cheesesteak is good as well. The fried pickles are awesome. Now, the only thing I question is calling fries with Old Bay on them "Cajun," but I'll overlook it. This place is easy to miss and doesn't look like much, but it is definitely worth stopping by.

The absolute hardest,saltiest wings. Mozzarella sticks cold n tasted fridge burnt and the sandwich was soggy. Saw everyone say they had a good experience n tried it. Never again,a waste of money. My biggest turn off is overcooked dry hard food. It's wings for crying out loud!!!
