Food has always been good, it's the terrible service that's a turn-off. We live close by and like to grab some nice burgers every once in a while, but the service has been mediocre at best at least half the time we've been here. We've worked in the service industries and are very familiar with how difficult it can be sometimes, which is why we're so tuned in to the very lack of customer service provided here. From the hostess rolling her eyes when we said we'd prefer not to sit in the bar area (we're not bar people and there are booths and tables available in the rest of the facility) to wait staff frequently disappearing for our entire meal and having to ask other staff if we could get drink refills. What's funny is that we are very gracious tippers...and we don't expect to be waited on hand and foot, just do your job and you will be handsomely compensated....or not if you only visit us for our order and to bring the bill.

Came in for lunch with the wifey and was sat immediately. Server was prompt to get drinks and to take our order. Food came out hot and everything tasted like they really took pride in their work! Kudos to Chili's! We'll be back soon! … More
