Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

So sad. Freddy’s has gotten bad. I remember when the staff was friendly, the girl who took my order sounded like she was forced to take my order and whoever cooked the food shouldn’t cook. The burgers just aren’t the same. It was smashed down and not cooked all the way through. Just the worst service I ever had from them.

It was okay. Food was okay. Service is standard and more of the same "I don't care about customer service. I'm just here for my check" type attitude. Burger tasted a little bland to me. Maybe that's why they give you seasoning packets. Maybe it's for the fries AND the burgers. They were out of the pretzel bun, so we just got a regular bun for the burger we wanted. And I threw some onion rings on it to liven it up a bit. ????????‍♀️

Ordered chili dog meal. Very disappointed with hot dog tasting like it had been flavor washed out. Ɓland!!! Also maybe a teaspoon of chili on the bun, not over the hot dog. Paid 11.00 for the meal. Won't be eating here anymore that's for sure.
