Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Decided to give this place another try. Waited at the register for 15 minutes, they only had two people working. No chocolate custard, and my burger had enough mayonnaise to fill half a container. Then as I made it to pieces that wasn't covered it was pink. I really really hope I don't get sick off of this.

Great food, the burgers are awesome, the fries are delicious, and the shakes are amazing. You gotta get the fry sauce it's outstanding. The customer service was fantastic, and the place was overall pretty clean. Great place to stop for a quick bite to eat and drink. Plus, like I said, the customer service was fantastic and the place was clean. Definitely would recommend stopping here to grab something to eat.

Ordered ice cream cones for my grandchildren. One having special needs. When the ignorant lady handed me the two cones there was barely a scoop. These 2 cones cost $7. I questioned the small scoop and and she said that’s it. I asked for a receipt and she walked away from the window and never came back. I even called the Freddie’s and kept getting an answering machine. Left my name and number and never received a call back. Thankfully, the 6 year old gave her special needs sister her ice cream. These people need to learn customer service and compassion. Biggest rip off and after telling several people about my experience they all had similar stories. I would really like to give no stars. I realize good help is hard to find but I also blame the store for not properly training people.
