Sadie has a wonderful positive attitude with great personality at the window * I must say after getting home I'm disappointed, our reciept is correct but our food was not. We made sure to tell them no onion on everything. We trusted Sadie to get our food all made the correct way. You did have 5 stars but Sadie your team has brought you down to 1.

My daughter is allergic to Dairy and on our last visit there I had requested a burger without cheese, luckily I checked it once we got home before she ate it because she's had been put on and taken off. Always check over in the Drive-Thru before I leave so I didn't notice it right away but she wanted to add barbecue sauce to her Burger when we got home and when I went to do that is when I noticed the cheese. I know mistakes happen I called immediately to let the manager know I didn't want anything extra done I didn't want to have to come back I didn't want them to make it up to me in another time I just wanted them to be better educated that this could have ended up in a severe hospital visit for my 3-year-old child. The manager was offhandedly rude actually. The burger is still a great smashed patty. Always get a double. I love the original with mustard, onions, and pickles. The pickles are long strips. Fries are shoe string.
