Chicken Express

Chicken was old and overcooked. And dry. Restaurant was dirty. Employees very unfriendly. It has really gone down hill.

I went through the drive thru to order gizzards because they cook the gizzards up fresh each time I have ordered them before today and I am almost positive they were cooked up fresh today as well. The reason I am leaving a comment today is the gizzards I received in this order looked like crumbs off of a piece of chicken there wasn't any meat to them at all plus what meat they did have on them were cooked so hard you couldn't even tell that it was a gizzard or just a crumb. So I parked my truck & went inside to show the manager or the person in charge. The sweet young lady that waited on me at the drivethru was the one that waited on me when I went inside also. She called the manager to the front & I showed her the Gizzards & she said it's what they delivered to them & they have no way of controlling the size of the stuff they get in so I ask her if she could replace them with regular chicken which she did nicely and I thanked her and went on my way. This is a great chicken e! They always get our food right, are patient and friendly, food is always hot, and they seem to have good work attitudes. It has seriously been every time we go there. The parking lot is always weirdly empty though. You see that and assume your food is either going to take forever or not be fresh but that has not been the case. Definitely the opposite.
