Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Ordered online carryout. When I got in there was someone already waiting for their carryout order so I waited there at the counter. The cashier didn't even look up at me, luckily I didn't need to order. No one else greeted me, once I got to the counter I still wasn't actually greeted but got my bag and was told that everything on the order was in there. Both of our burgers were incorrect. Both were missing standard toppings as well as the extra toppings we put in the online order. Also, none of the sauces we put on our order were in the bag. Awkward and disappointing experience for a $12 combo meal.

On a tremendously busy Friday night, the assistant manager , Janus, went way beyond the call of duty to help me with double back to back DoorDash orders. She was most helpful and is what makes Freddy’s such a wonderful place!

We are on a fixed income. Had to move.( Thankfully somewhere to go) And the starter has gone out on our only vehicle. So having to order delivery. What makes this so bad is a patty melt that only has 1 instead of 2 patties and is terribly dry. And not receiving the $5 bottle of sauce that was ordered. Obviously Freddy's doesn't care about customers.
