Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Food was good, fries were hot. Restaurant could have been cleaner. There was tables that needed cleaned and the soda station was sticky and unkempt. A lady that worked there wearing a red shirt was sitting watching videos on her phone right in the front while everyone else was working. It didn’t seem like she was on a break, people kept coming out of the kitchen to ask her stuff. I hope she isn’t a manager because she is probably setting a bad example for the rest of the staff.

This is a very unorganized and dirty store. Trash on floors. Tables dirty , drink station dirty. Watched a cook grab a bottle off of the floor and continued working with same gloves.. what a mess this store is from top down.

I used to love this place but lately they’ve gone bad. I Door Dashed a few days ago and my order came as if it had been sitting in a refrigerator.. on top of that, they always give a full slice of onions like honestly who in their right mind eats a slice of onions instead of just 2 or 3 rings? They never give you their signature fry sauce on a DoorDash order since they’re super stingy with it at. Just so disappointing lately..
