Chili's Grill & Bar

Absolutely the worst service I've ever received at a restaurant. 5 people ordered, 4 people were brought food (1 was the wrong order, and another was cooked medium-well when we ordered medium-rare). 10 minutes after food was delivered, we had to ask the bartender for napkins and silverware. 10 minutes later the waitress came back and asked if we needed anything, I replied with we were missing an order. She quickly brought it back. Glasses were not kept filled. Truly the worst service I have ever experienced. I will never go into a Chili's again. Complete garbage. Food was average, service was absolutely horrible. I don't care how short staffed an establishment is, as I'm sure you are/were.... you'd be better off closing or only seating half the restaurant. For $100 I'll go to Chipotle next time and have 5x's the experience.

I'm sure, to no fault of their own, they were under staffed (common these days) and because of that... the lady that waited on us was also running the bar and seating people. She was very nice and attentive even though she was very busy. Food was good and would have given 5 stars but had to wait nearly 45 minutes for our food even though it wasn't that busy. Also, I asked for the grilled onions (that were to be served on my burger) to be on the side (and they were) but they still put them on my burger too.

The service on a Tuesday evening was nearly non-existent. It took 15 minutes to even see a server. Then it took another 6 or 7 for water. We were here during happy hour and our server only had at best 4 tables. We asked about happy hour... What happy hour? There are practically zero specials. The server has no idea what is on the menu. Not worth the time, the wait, or the frustration. Will not be back.
