Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Went through the drive-thru, placed my order for some ice cream and got the total. Pulled up to the window and sat there waiting and waiting for over 10 minutes, multiple employees saw me at the window while talking amongst themselves and running around doing nothing, ignoring my presence. Finally after waving my hands around someone came to the window and asked if I needed help. Asked me what my ordered was and disappeared again. Looks like that place is ran by kids in evening, definitely not going back.

We enjoyed our Freddy's as I am sure it is the newest to the area. Everyone is still training in the store but it is definitely getting to where it needs to be. Overall our meal was complete and made complete food was amazing. Thank you.

My wife and I went to Freddy’s on Broad River Road in Irmo today. Niles B took our order and he was very polite, pleasant and thorough . Another employee brought our food to our booth and she was also pleasant! We have been to this restaurant several times and we have always been pleased with the food and service!
