Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Their Veggie Burgers taste great. One of the Best in the area. They would compete strongly in the health food space if they gave it a wheat bun... and advertised it as an option. Other veggie burgers are terrible. 54th Street Grill and Drake's are close behind.

The service was atrocious. The young man rushed me through my order. Messed up my order. when I went to the window to get my order, because that guy rushed me through, he didn't put my order in how i asked. But because it didn't have on my ticket what I wanted, Freddie's wanted to charge me for an extra order of onion rings and messed up my ice-cream concretes. But because it was not on the receipt, They said I had to pay for extra sides and to get the correct ice cream. They rushed me thru the order and messed it up, but i have to pay even more!?! That's cool, i see how they treat consumers. Will not be returning.

Worst service in North Country. Freddys is one of my favorite restaurants. My son and I attend one of their locations several times a month, but last Thursday evening after practice my son and I entered the Freddys on Hwy 67 stood before the counter. No one spoke to us after about five minutes, the young lady behind the counter, began to clean the ice cream machine. No one spoke to us. No one took our order, even when I requested someone to take our order, the lady behind the counter just look at me.
