Brennan's Bar & Grill

We have ordered here before in person and it was pretty good. But the last couple times we ordered to go the food was dry and over cooked, barely edible. We both had the southern chicken sandwich this time and the chicken was dry, overcooked, very gritty and then we had to wait 30 mins past the point it was supposed to be done for gross food. I don’t know why it’s such a difference in to go over in person but we will not be back for either option any time soon. Check your food before you leave is my suggestion.

We used to eat here, before we moved to Warrenton, but tonight wasn't a good night. We went to eat there with friends, when we got there, the dishwasher was eating supper where customers could see him and the way he acted was I don't like it here. There was a bartender and a server. The tables had the dishes off but was dirty. The cook burned the toast on my friends sandwich. The server told the cook and he looked like he was just insulted. The server brought my friend 2 new pieces if bread, but they were cold. The French fries and tater tops were fried in oil that tasted like it was used all weekend. After all this, we thought we were in the wrong place.

Amanda is the best bartender ever! She is super attentive to her customers, but doesn't forget to have fun! Honestly the whole staff is a joy to be around and the owners Ralph and Julie are so welcoming to all of their patrons. Mondays are a blast on the breezeway and the jalapeño popper dip is to die for. Definitely a must for lunch or dinner whenever you're in Florissant
