I absolutely hate giving bad reviews but when you keep giving me Fried that look like this I can’t help it. Costs ain’t the problem my son lives Fried and we want be getting anymore from the location in Bartlett. They’ve gotten over on me for the last time and the service I’d too slow to be handing out old food. I don’t mind waiting if it’s going to be fresh.
Ordered food from here on Uber eats. ALL the ice cream was missing (3 whole sundaes) burger was missing, sauce missing, and the rest of the food was cold. I’m done. Last time I went through the drive thru it was an embarrassment. A bunch of lazy kids. Do better. I’ll never go back to this establishment.
I really enjoyed the food and service. They where patient and very attentive to my order which is a must iny book. Overall I highly recommend people to go check out Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steak to experience a new flavor.
