I have been to Frazers at least 20 times, tonight was a disaster and that is uncommon. The only reason I'm writing this is, no one from management came up to apologize. After we were seated and placed our drink order, our server placed my companions drink on the edge of the table almost spilling it, then dumped a glass of white wine on my shirt, soaked my pants and drenched the table. We had to move to another table while they cleaned it up but no one from management came up to check on things. I was a wet sticky mess and the server said our first round of drinks were on him which i appreciated. He was very sweet and did his best to salvage the night. Then, I ordered the halibut which is broiled on one side and usually delicious but not this time. I know mistakes can be made but when you try to hide it, that is inexcusable. I went in for my first bite and the fish was perfectly browned on the top. The issue was the bottom was black, hard and tasted like charcoal. They had to know bec
Some of the best food, drinks, and service I've had in STL at this price point. I'm not typically a fan of bougie joints because I find the food to be overpriced and tiny or inconsistent portions - you know, artsy. This place was different. The prices were approachable and the food itself was excellent. I had the chicken special and it was fire. Not dry. The steaks I saw were well prepared. The shrimp was perfect. Literally no complaints at all from a table of 10. That's not easy. Cocktails were good and interesting. Service was top notch. Came back for date night. Pasta Tuto Mare was excellent as was the blackened salmon. The kitchen knows what they are doing. Patrick was the server both times and he's amazing.
This is our go to place. Hubs took me to dinner for my birthday and this place never fails us! Apps and salads are so good as well as main course. Dine in: Yes Outdoor seating: Yes Takeout: Yes … More
