The hushpuppies were pretty good, but everything else was disappointing. The host seemed annoyed that we were there even though we had a reservation. Their prices are wildly too high for the lack of flavor and vision.
Park your car on the street and take a stroll to this upscale but casual dining space. No reservations accepted but it has ample indoor and great patio space as well as bar seating area to enjoy some fresh lobster, cram, oysters etc. Servers are excellent and service is pretty fast. We got some raw Oysters from Massachusetts as starters and it was excellent. Lot of other choices of Poor boy shrimp, crawfish etc sandwiches as well as Crab rolls etc. Wine list by the glass or bottle is good and some great cocktail choices are there to enjoy. If you still have room then end your meal with some home made shareable desserts/pies. An excellent experience overall and one of the top recommended restaurants dirty your hand!!
Upscale seafood dining just south of the downtown arch. The dress was casual attire but the food was above board excellent. Our server Nate was patient and answered our questions throughly with each course. We took 90 minutes to enjoy several selections. We were never rushed. You should expect to more for a wonderful meal like this, however it was worth the price. I give my top recommendation.
