Franklins Public House

This place is sharp looking and food and drinks were too. I had the Franklin's brisket I felt that the brisket could have been a bit more juicier, the outside of looked a dry but didn't taste bad still good wonderful portions, the garlic mash and garlic stringbeans were good as well. I think the brisket needed a better rub or seasoning i dont taste the love. I will give this place another try since the food was decent and the wait staff was perfect solid 4.

I just used their room for a baby shower this past Sunday. The word I would use is stress free event. It started with the first meeting with Aaron to see the room. He was informative accommodating and there were no bogus costs. The food is not only delicious but affordable. Every person commented on how great the food was. Our server Hannah took care of a crowd of 22 guests single handedly. She was pleasant, fast and simply a rock star! Thank you Franklin house for a baby shower to remember by all! I had the pleasure of dining at Franklins Public House within the past week. I was the guest of a close friend for my birthday. I indicate it was a "pleasure" because the food was fabulous, the menu was extremely diversified, and the staff was extraordinarily accommodating. Both my friend and I had the summer berry salad which consisted of mixed greens, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, sliced avocado, goat cheese crumbles, and citrus vinaigrette, drizzled with balsamic glaze. Doesn't that make your mouth water? It was scrumptious! We topped it off with a wonderfully caloric homemade flourless chocolate cake served with raspberry sauce, vanilla ice cream and candy-almond crumble. The manager, Aaron, did not charge my friend since it was my birthday. What a generous and awesome surprise!
