Four Seasons Hot Pot & Dumplings

A pleasant surprise and a different dining experience. I was looking for an Asian buffet and this one came up on Google. Not what I was expecting, however. They have a hot plate on the table and you add ingredients selected from the buffet. The ingredients are cooked in the hot soup. They bring several items to use that are very delicious and I liked the spicy one the best. I wanted more of the pickled onions. It was fun, and I would certainly return. The staff was very polite, although they may have helped us learn more. We had to figure it out ourselves since there was no one else in the restaurant. Watermelon and ice cream for dessert

Very incredible hot pot place in downtown Provo, excellent prices and a great selection of all you can eat!!! Free ice cream too at the end of it all, great! Super friendly staff and a very homey vibe which is awesome! Would recommend to anyone looking for some hot pot, best on a cold day!

The food was great. The Hotpot was delicious. I loved all the choices. The atmosphere needed work. It took forever for our food to arrive even when there were only two other tables filled. There was something wrong with the A/C and it was so so hot. We would go again if it weren't for the atmosphere especially how hot the place was.
