Forte Tapas

Nice little hidden gem off the Vegas strip. Bulgarian food with other Eastern European mix/ influence. Food is wholesome, traditional but prepared with american ingredients (hence tastier than what one wound normally get in Bulgaria). Service is very friendly and quick. Nice atmosphere if one prefers to get away from the strip.

I want to try this place after seeing it on Triple D. I feel in love with the place and food. For 5 years, I keep coming back every time I'm in Las Vegas. I highly recommend the Stroganoff fries. Perfect crispy fries top with a stroganoff mushroom sause. Try all thier house made sausages in the grill master plate. Thier clay hot pot is good but not really my thing. I have not been disappointed with any i have tried there, making this restaurant a good bet to eat at.

It's a really nice tapas place. They have so much to choose from and our server was the happiest friendly server I've ever experienced. They have stuffed grape leaves, beef stroganoff fries, etc., And it was so fresh I could smell the delicious basil at each bite. My only concern was the salt. If you're salt sensitive or on a low salt diet you will have to choose something not cooked with salt or seasoned. We had a wonderful time and id highly recommend that you give it a try.
