Let me start off by saying the food is superb, not many places can beat it. The service however? Horrible. If you’re going to charge extra for bottled water when you first walk in explain that. Regular water would have been fine. $22 in water due to the server not saying anything. Brain was rude ALL night, not attentive at all. Passive aggressive to our table and nice to other tables. He was told that we had a birthday in our party multiple times. Luckily he left before we were done eating. Katherine took wonderful care of us. Others beware, ask for someone other than Brian.
This was our first visit to Fogo De Chao and we can’t wait to return! Erica quickly sat us at our table, explained the process, and set us on our way. Aneta checked in with us periodically to make sure all our needs were met. She was exceptionally friendly and kind. Nicolas also stopped by and made sure we were well taken care of. We were very impressed with the servers, the bus people, and the other staff members who checked in with us. The food was delicious! The salad bar offered opportunities to sample unique flavors and every meat was succulent.Every part of our visit was special.
Had a wonderful happy birthday celebration with my brother. All the servers, especially Paul, tripped over us to be sure we were well fed and satisfied! Pace yourself.. as the food is delicious...well seasoned...save room for dessert! Best birthday experience. Good background music...everyone seems to love their job and being of service.
