Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

First timer. We started with the chilled seafood tower. Good amount of food and variety on this. It had jumbo shrimp, oysters, lobster tail & claw, crab legs, and a variety of sauces. Jumbo shrimp were great. Lobster Tail was pretty good. Oysters were good. The lobster claw was not so good. Mind you, I'm the type of person who hates wasting food. Neither of us wanted to finish the claw. Rubbery and didn't taste the best. She had soup with her dinner, and I a Caesar salad. Her soup was quite interesting as I've never tasted anything like it. I believe it had ginger and carrot in it. My Caesar salad was okay. They put prosciutto on it which wasn't too bad. I like Caesar salads, but theirs tasted different. I ordered a double breast of chicken. Very moist, tender, cooked perfectly, but lacked a robust flavor. That could be my fault. I'm a seasonaholic. Wife ordered the petite filet with shrimp, and she liked hers. We were quite full, but decided to order dessert to go. She got her favorit

This is the absolute best date night restaurant. We made a reservation and was taken back early. Sylvia our waitress was absolutely amazing.Gave us space but still attentive. We loved everything we tried the drinks food atmosphere. All the staff were happy and helped any table. The food was delicious.We ordered blue steaks and were cooked perfectly. The drinks were made perfectly. We couldn't eat everything so the servers packed it up. The lobster caviar add on was very tasty. The complimentary bread and butter had some interesting flavors. The augratin potatoes had some great jalapeño flavor but not spicy. The calamari more sweet than spicy but still satisfying.

We went here on short notice for our anniversary. The host staff was phenomenal on the phone and in person. As you can see by the photo they had a anniversary card for us. And they have great Tuesday specials the steak was cooked to perfection. The wait staff was attentive but not overbearing. The food was slightly expensive but percent wise I believe I left my biggest tip ever. I will be going back.
