This location has exceeded my expectations. Service was great. The ribs were made to perfection. My daughter and I had a great time. The fountain soda was off. Pretty much flat and did not taste well. Other than that, it was just like I’m used to here at flannigans
Been patronizing this company for years over 15 years. However; first time at this location. Ordered wings (all drums) wings came out mixed. Server proceeds to tell me that they don’t do that. Gets an attitude and stomps off because I expressed my concern. The bartenders insisted that they do. The manager comes out to explain that they no longer do that due to something about measurements. That’s fine. Your business your rules so I cash out. Then the manager brings the exact order saying that he made an exception. Guess what? Appetite lost, he adds the wings to my order. I walk out and paid for everything I didn’t eat. Seems like no one cared about losing a customer.
A South FL institution with excellent food, sports bar atmosphere and friendly service. Unique variety of dishes and all are great. Prices are amazing given the quality of food. Don't miss this jewel when visiting beautiful Lauderdale-by-the-Sea.
