Ok dont get me wrong burger fantastic, service on point, place nice and clean well Tom you say why not give them the 5th star. I just paid 17$ for a burger and small fountain drink. Not fries not a hot dog on the side nothing but a bacon cheese burger. Dont get me wrong i know everything is up and im not cheap but come on. You see my reviews i dont mind spending money. Now if i was sitting at a bar with some beers no problem you get over on me but come on you can do better then that. Side note burger was fantastic.

Yes hello I went in on Friday night and expected better considering that I was told by a coworker they have good burger and fries, was met with terrible experience. I went in at around 7, my buyer was good but my fries were soggy and too salty. The person at the register was very nice to me she was very sweet and welcoming couldn’t have asked for a better cashier. The manager was yelling at someone which I’m assuming was a delivery driver of some sort. the manager looked very visibly angry and upset which made me not want to come back anymore thanks for the experience but I’ll pass next time I would rather go to shake shack

Never can a delivery be complete! Items are always missing. Calling the store is a joke. Finally after 5 attempts I got a manager told him of missing items. Was told I could go pick up items or get comp on next order. I said no..because location consistently leaves items out of order! Then I'm told store can't refund me I have to call somewhere else. Yes really!! Guess what after being inconvenienced by location, I now am inconvenienced again to get my money refunded. I call..vmail full...I text and no response. Corporate HQ is next ....
