Five Guys

Somehow, the original, intended taste of the fries have been lost. I should have saved the rest of the fries for a picture to go along with this review; while the fries temperature were hot the way I like, the great taste had been missing, and they had that unappealing brown color to them--the way refried French fries look. I've noticed a price increase about $6.00 for the Little Fries. For that price, I had been expecting the best in every way. I was not offered a receipt or given one for whatever reason--I have to keep tabs and do my accounting too. Have you all changed from peanut oil to a cheaper-type of oil?--something is different, and it is not good. I asked for fries that were being dropped as I ordered, but the two employees insisted on the ones given-- a paying customer should be able to have his/her request met without any challenges.

Unfortunately our order was taken incorrectly and we received the wrong number for our order. We waited while others who ordered after us took their food while our bag sat on the shelf. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and I realized they forgot the bacon after I took my first bite. When I informed the counter that I didn't get bacon, I was given what was basically bacon bits and an apology. For an almost $13 burger, the least a customer can expect is for freshly fried bacon. And even if it wasn't freshly fried, who wants nearly burnt bacon on a burger? Every bite of my burger ended up being crunchy
