Five Guys

Just because I ordered via DoorDash doesn't mean you can get away with bagging 2 pieces of fries and call it a full order then have the audacity to say that the dasher somehow removed the seal and ate them. Talked to two different employees that were rude and both claimed to have bagged my order.

Today I ordered a cheeseburger bowl (cheeseburger with no bun). About 1/3 of the way into my bowl, I discovered a plastic glove under the hamburger patty. I contacted the store manager, who told me that I needed to contact Doordash because they delivered the order (this is after she asked me what color the glove was and that it was impossible for them to have done that--it must have been the delivery guy). I've gone back-and-forth between Five Guys and Doordash and each is pointing the finger at the other. In the meantime, I'm out $9.00 plus tax and delivery.

Came in for a burger and fries. Didn’t disappoint. The people there were nice and location was clean ???? my food arrived hot and tasty. Just wish they had thousand Island dressing or ranch for the French fries but it’s okay ????
