Now all I have to say is this place definitely deserves 10 stars. From the management team Cara and Adriana who went above and beyond and made it happen for my party of 18 for my daughters 16th birthday dinner. Chilis is my daughter’s favorite restaurant and now mine as well. Not only did we have no issues with being seated but talk about the exceptional Service my party was given by Bonnie????. All hands down she was the absolute best from beginning to end and we can not leave out the other team players that also helped her out with bringing out our food and drinks…. Everyone was Amazing along with great dinner plates we all ordered as well….. absolutely delicious shoutout to the cooks as well…..if you ever want a great place to go come here and I assure you won’t regret it.
I really like this location. I have lived in Rancho most of my life and our local Chili's rules. Best service, best grub. Kid-friendliness: Kids activity sheet, crayons, great priced kids menu
This chillis needs a remodel and a new management or refresh management on how to take care of a restaurant and flow of a restaurant. The booths are all ripped up and the tables aren’t cleaned properly the service is terrible restrooms are filthy& the kitchen looks like it’s not in regulations for health and safety. I don’t see chillis making it another two years the way it’s going at this location.
