Five Guys

I visited on 09/01/2022 about 1:50 pm (Oswego, Illinois) there were two young men, one came and took my order while the other one cooked it up. They were both very attentive, had great smiles, looked me in my eyes when they spoke to me, and wished me a great day. Some people might think this isn't much, but I will come back because I like the food of course. But if it's a decision between two places that I like the food and one of those places has fantastic customer service I'm absolutely going there. I didn't get their names but they did a fantastic job! Keep it up! I'll be back for sure!

Better than the Geneva one for food but had a few issues. Great food and more fries than Geneva where I have been hundreds of time. ( was on a Five Guys diet for 2 years ????). Only issue was they were out of the ketchup pump and paper towels in the bathroom. Also call before heading out as they have had random system errors that has caused them to have the store close with no notice. On my visit 11-23-21 @ 1pm the staff was excellent. Again but better than Geneva. Try to get the tech issue settled asap as driving from aurora and finding a closed store is no fun.

Really good burgers and fries. Fresh cut and there's a lot of fries in your order. Ask them if you can get the fries extra crispy and you'll be amazed at how good they are Then the burgers. Any way you want them and with anything you want added from their extensive list. These are how burgers should be made. Pair up a cheese burger with tomatoes, lettuce, onion, extra pickles, hot peppers, mayo, ketchup and mustard and an order of extra crispy fries and a coke and your set. Kid-friendliness: They offer a kids menu which is really like the adults version only a single patti.
