Culver's

This is a wonderful little gym of a place back east. I really loved the food, from the juicy burgers to the excellent frozen custard. If they had one closer to where I live I'd eat here a lot.

They literally get my order wrong every single time I come, what they give me never matches my receipt. Whenever I receive my food, I always check everything and then I of course have to drive back around to get it fixed. I wish there was another location closer to me because it’s so frustrating and the order is always easy. And on top of that, when I asked for bbq sauce they never give it to me, they finally bring my food out again to check it. I tell them there’s still no bbq sauce in the bag and then she says the bbq sauce is 50 cents. And had me give her money for it when it was clearly stated on my receipt of the order they got wrong. There’s just no attention to detail. I will definitely just be finding a different location and I’ll drive the extra miles if needed. I don’t know why they have a hard time of following direction. I get working in retail/food businesses etc can be stressful and I usually am understanding of people making mistakes because we’re human and it happens. B

It is good for fast food. Better than the other top 3.... Staff are very nice, understanding, and considerate. We make a stop here at least twice a month. 2023-09-01 - still good, but sometimes there is too much grease on the burger. Last one I had grease on my fingers after I was done.
