The O'Fallon locations is phenomenal! The food is always fresh and hot. They have great attention to detail when making your order. The milkshakes are SOOO good, customizable to your tastes! The staff is very friendly and personable! One nice lady, who I believe cleans up the seating area, is exceptionally friendly. My family and I had one conversation with her during a visit. She remembered our daughter and said to say Hi to her the next time my husband came in for food. I can't say enough wonderful things about this location, the staff, and management! They'll exceed your expectations every visit!
Food was delicious. Service was great. They had an unruly doordasher that was yelling and being absolutely absurd. The manager had to come out and tell her she wasn't allowed back. That's a good manager sticking up for his employee
I love five guys and have been here several times. More than once I have ordered toppings on my burger and just not get them but today I was missing 3 that I asked for and I asked for a Carmel shake and I got vanilla. Honestly five guys on fifth is the best one to go to
