Five Guys

Well, the entire order was wrong. All four hamburgers were wrong. My fiancé's two had mayo (she hates mayo), and no mushrooms. One of the patties was literally cut in half so that the burger had a patty and a half, instead of two patties. Her other burger had only a single patty. My two were just regular burgers, no A1 or jalapenos. And none of the four burgers had bacon. The fries are just regular fries with no Cajun seasoning. I'm looking at the receipt, and the order is correct there. The staff seemed like they were paying attention. There was no cutting up or goofing around. And they seemed to be on top of things, with no significant delays. It looked like a typical day at Five Guys. But everything that went into my bag was wrong. This is in reference to Web Order #73, placed 9/24/2022 at 5:18pm. I'm not going to post some Karen-like screeching about "We're never going back" or "I demand satisfaction." It's still the best burger in town, and our past orders have always been perfect

Great burger. They have a bacon shake. Didn't get to try it but I'm intrigued. If anyone else tries it is good.

Very disappointed with this location. Five Guys is one of my go to restaurants. Over the years, I'd say I've been to at least 20 different locations and had well over 30 cheeseburgers, and is the only time I've ever had a problem with an order. Not only did they forget the CHEESE on my cheeseburger, but they forgot one of the patties too.
