IHOP

Took my kids for a daddy daughter fun date. We got seated quickly, but the service was a bit slower than expected. Food was warm and not hot. The crepes didn't look anything like advertised. This place lacks organization. Understanding staff shortages, hospitality was lacking. No real, meaningful informative interaction with staff to let you know what's going on. Your looking into the dinning room, numerous open tables, and your told to wait ten minutes to be seated. Amazing! You never get to a point to answer any of the questions below.

So the food was about what you would expect from an ihop. Not great but not absolutely terrible either. I wouldn’t really describe it as hot but rather the type of warm like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. The waitress on the other hand has resulted in me not wanting to return to this particular ihop based on service alone. Drinks took forever. food took forever. Check took forever. We are very patient people and we’re chatting the whole time but when we left we realized we had been there almost 2 hours. Another table actually asked our waitress if we could get our drinks after they had received a refill. We had to call her over to figure out why some pancakes were missing toppings. We never figured that out so just assumed they ran out. Very glad we didn’t need refills or anything other than syrup. When it was time for the check we had a gift card which she couldn’t get to work but we finally got it sorted thanks to the manager who was very kind and helpful. Manager
